After some incredible years working in both large corporate agencies and smaller boutique firms, I realised there was a lot of improvement to be made to the industry. It seemed that the focus had shifted away from what matters most, the people. Recruitment became less about building relationships and more about hitting targets.

I founded CL People to bring the human element back to the centre of the process. My goal is simple; to create lasting partnerships and help drive engineering success through the talented individuals we work with. For me recruitment is about the amazing people who are passionate about their work and the innovative organisations that are quite literally manufacturing our future. I believe that by focusing on authentic connections, we can build a better, more successful environment for everyone.

Odin, Office Goodboy

Introducing the newest and furriest member of the CL People team: Odin, our official Office Goodboy!

While Odin may not have any prior recruitment experience, his contributions are invaluable. His daily duties include ensuring the team gets regular walks, which are scientifically proven to boost morale.

Odin's most critical role, however, is overseeing the highly important cheese tax calculations. He takes his job very seriously and we're yet to find anyone more qualified.
